Our structured 4-Team / 4-Week Rotation provides:

Service Area
Our service area covers the DFW Metroplex and surrounding communities.
Most work is performed within approximately a 2-hour radius of DFW.

This is not an apprentice position.
We are primarily seeking experienced commercial refrigeration, supermarket refrigeration, restaurant equipment, and commercial HVAC technicians capable of working independently.
You must be able to:
- Diagnose equipment independently
- Complete repairs safely and correctly
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
- Order parts and manage repairs
- Create quotes and repair recommendations
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete digital service documentation
- Manage work orders from start to finish
- Work independently with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems, communicates well, and understands that customer relationships matter just as much as technical ability.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
